Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs using technical products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Utilize CRM and ERP systems to manage customer accounts and track sales activities.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position products.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or account management, ideally in manufacturing or capital equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of technical concepts, with the ability to perform heat transfer calculations (e.g., heat loads, BTU loads).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and ERP systems.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
