Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers regarding voltage surge and related products.
- Assist the sales team by offering technical advice and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their technical needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the use of our products and systems.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Proven experience in technical support and sales within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of voltage surge concepts and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with power quality, surge protection, and transient voltage concepts is a plus.
