Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the deployment and management of GPS, GNSS, telematics, and 3D machine control systems across various projects.
- Provide technical guidance and training to field staff to ensure optimal use of technology solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and equipment operators to enhance operational efficiency through technology integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to field technology systems.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements or upgrades to current systems.
- Maintain documentation and records of equipment usage, performance, and updates.
- 5 years of experience in construction technology, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction technology, engineering, or a related field
- Strong understanding of telematics, GPS, BIM modeling, and stringless concrete technologies
- Competitive Salary ($100k-$140k depending on experience)
- Up to 25% annual bonus
