Transactional Attorney

Established in 1989, we are a well established firm and seeking a highly motivated and skilled Transactional Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transactional law, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-tier legal services to a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and financing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Assist with structuring deals, conducting due diligence, and managing client relationships.
• Provide legal guidance to clients on regulatory compliance and risk management in transactions.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in Maryland (or ability to waive in).
• 3 years of experience in transactional law, with a focus on corporate, real estate, or commercial transactions.
• Exceptional legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
