Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for commercial projects
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project directors to ensure project timelines are met
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety regulations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports
- Provide training and support to site staff to ensure high performance and productivity
- Proven experience in commercial construction and ground-up construction projects
- Strong site supervision and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel extensively to various job sites
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Base Salary ($95K-$115K)
- Commission (1.5% of Gross Profit on each job)
