Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury trials, hearings, and depositions
- Develop case strategies and prepare legal documentation
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel
- Advocate for clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments effectively
- Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about their cases
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and experts as needed
- Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and trial procedures
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law
- Proven trial experience with a strong record of successful outcomes
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Commitment to client service and maintaining ethical standards

Salary : $200,000 - $225,000
