Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of construction defect and general liability matters
- Prepare for trial and court appearances
- Lead trials
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, negotiations and trial
- JD
- Passed bar in relevant jurisdiction
- 3 years of experience in Civil Litigation for Construction Defect Defense or General Liability Defense
- First Trial Chair experience is a MUST
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to health insurance premiums
- Offer other elective coverages.
- Match first $750 401(k). After 90 day probationary period
- 10 holidays firmwide a year plus additional 10 PTO days first year
- Additional 15 PTO days for 2nd year, further bumps at 5 and 15 year marks.
