Civil Litigation Firm Specializing in Insurance Defense! They cover first-party (recent law changes in Florida do not affect them. They have huge clients, & big cases), third-party, general liability, extra-contractual, bad faith, etc. They need an experienced Construction Defect Attorney to join their growing team! If you have a background in Insurance Defense, we want to hear from YOU!

Requirements
- 3 ( ) years of Construction Defect Defense Litigation AND/OR 5 ( ) years of Commercial Litigation experience
- Experience preparing pleadings & discoveries (associated with construction defect cases/Commercial litigation)
- The ideal candidate will have experience in handling hearings and depositions without extensive supervision
- Excellent Academic Credentials
