We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Trusts, Estates, & Probate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of estate planning, probate law, and trust administration, with the ability to provide exceptional legal counsel to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies and the preparation of legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Handle probate matters, including the administration of estates and the filing of necessary court documents
- Assist clients in navigating the complexities of trust administration and litigation
- Provide legal representation in probate court proceedings and estate disputes
- Draft and review legal documents related to trusts and estates
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting trusts, estates, and probate matters
- Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of progress and developments in their cases
- Jurisdictional license to practice law in Florida
- LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Estate Planning, Trusts, or a related field is preferred
- 4 years of experience in trusts, estates, and probate law
- Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
