This Water Resources Department Manager will oversee the projects for prominent water, wastewater, and pump station projects in Ohio, providing resilient and sustainable designs to repair aging infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team that works in multidisciplinary environment coordinating with project teams including junior to senior level technical staff, CAD designers, subcontractors, and teaming partners.
- Establish long-term strategic goals and objectives for the department.
- Ensure compliance with various regulatory mandates and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and administer the department's budget.
- Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- B.S. in Civil Engineering preferred, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering could work based on experience.
- PE license
- Experience in water/wastewater plant design, including pump stations and mechanical components would be very helpful.
