Job Description

• Performs installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications systems.
• Provide 24/7 mission and infrastructure monitoring, notification, administrative support, logging, ticketing, and reporting for supported systems
• Coordinates with both ISP and GW GES watch staff for situational awareness and support actions, and with customers and support personnel to provide notification and response to event activity
• IFSD personnel perform router and switch updates in support of security actions.

Required Skills

• HS or GED and 20 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree and 15 years of experience
• Creative Problem Solving
• IAT Level 2 Required

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA): Security

• CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA )

• CompTIA Security CE

• GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)

• Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP)

• Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP)

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required

The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $111,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels. At CyberCore, we consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including the specific role and its responsibilities, the candidate's professional experience, geographic location, education, and relevant skills. This range is not a guarantee of salary, as final compensation may also be influenced by contractual requirements and other considerations.
