Lead a team of cyber threat analysts, economists, and risk modelers to develop signals, scores, and features that power a suite of products delivering cutting-edge cyber risk analytics to the (re)insurance industry.The Impact You Will Make : Own the strategy for the Cyber Risk Modeling function and develop and test ideas for new product featuresPresent CyberCube models to clients and prospects and engage in strategic dialogue with key stakeholders to develop feature proposals for future product releasesEngage in cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders from engineering, product management, data science, actuarial science, economics, and client success to deliver on projects and product goalsDeliver on key objectives and quarterly development goals across 3 productsThe Skills and Experience You Will Bring : 5 years experience in cyber security (CISSP, CEH, CISM, or other certification preferred)Highly proficient in SQL and PythonExcellent oral and written communication skillsExperience working in and leading project teamsAbility to work in an agile, fast-paced startup environmentAbility to maintain relationships, collaborate effectively, and meet deadlines while working remotelyAbility to think creatively and implement a plan to address bugs and urgent product issues in a timely mannerThe Extra Credit, or The Focus Areas You Will Develop : Experience with analytics and risk modelingExperience in a SaaS product development environmentFamiliarity with ML techniques and statistical data analysisFamiliarity with a wide variety of Internet technologies such as BGP, TCP / IP, DNS, etc.Familiarity with basic buffer overflow based exploits, phishing techniques and toolkitsWhat We Value in all Team MembersTeam Collaboration : We thrive by working together, sharing knowledge, and supporting one another.
