Job Title: Business Analyst (NEI-4)

CyberData Technologies is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support and enhance the execution of IT projects and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in analyzing business processes, developing strategies, and supporting decision-making that aligns with organizational goals. This role is critical in driving operational excellence and supporting strategic initiatives by identifying and addressing technology gaps and inefficiencies.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to assess operational and functional baselines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Apply industry best practices to create conceptual business models and identify relevant issues for selecting application software packages.

Analyze IT project portfolio status and assist in developing reports and presentations for executive staff.

Identify IT inadequacies and recommend strategies to improve functional areas like Human Resources, Finance, Supply, and Operations.

Define and document consistent milestones for various project types in collaboration with Portfolio Managers.

Maintain and regularly update milestones to ensure accurate tracking and progress reporting.

Develop and document two to three-year technical roadmaps for portfolio management.

Support functional area strategies to enhance IT capabilities and align with organizational objectives.

Prepare and present bi-weekly progress reports to key stakeholders.

Maintain the Portfolio dashboard using ServiceNow and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications:

A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Proven ability to assess organizational baselines and develop strategies for functional and operational improvement.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address IT deficiencies.

Experience with IT portfolio management, including developing reports and presentations for executive staff.

Familiarity with documenting milestones and maintaining technical roadmaps for IT projects.

Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow for portfolio tracking and reporting.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results within tight deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.

PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
