About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to generate and qualify leads for our sales team. Your role will focus on outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and appointment setting to drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.
- Engage in multi-touch outreach campaigns to nurture leads.
Inbound Lead Qualification
- Respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and determine if they fit our ideal customer profile.
- Ask discovery questions to understand the prospect’s needs, pain points, and business goals.
- Route qualified leads to the appropriate Account Executive (AE) for further follow-up.
Sales Outreach & Engagement
- Conduct personalized and engaging outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Book meetings and demos for the sales team with key decision-makers.
- Follow up on previous interactions to keep prospects engaged in the sales process.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align on lead generation strategies.
- Track all activities in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and maintain accurate records.
- Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and sales pipeline.
Qualifications & Requirements
✔️ 1 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B sales, or cybersecurity (preferred but not required).
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to engage and build relationships.
✔️ Comfortable with cold calling, objection handling, and high-volume outreach.
✔️ Experience using CRM software (HubSpot).
✔️ Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet sales quotas.
✔️ A passion for technology, sales, and learning about customer pain points.

Salary : $65,000 - $85,000
