We seek to hire a Software Project Manager to oversee and coordinate the development of our custom cybersecurity toolsets. This role will serve as the primary Scrum Master, managing the Jira board, tracking project progress, and acting as a liaison between development teams and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting project requirements, facilitating Agile processes, and ensuring clear communication across teams to drive successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary Scrum Master, managing Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog prioritizing.
- Maintain and optimize the Jira board, ensuring tasks, epics, and projects are tracked and progressing efficiently.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather, document, and prioritize project requirements.
- Work closely with the development team to align project goals and remove roadblocks.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and timelines to leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate coordination between QA, development, and product teams to ensure smooth testing and deployment.
- Promote Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Assist in resource planning and workload distribution to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure proper documentation of processes, requirements, and project progress for transparency and future reference.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
- Other activities as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications :
Strong experience with Jira and Agile project management methodologies
Soft Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a proactive approach to project management.
