Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Security/Compliance Engineer Lead to lead and oversee the migration and consolidation of our client’s data centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data center migration planning (on-prem to on-prem and on-prem to cloud) and troubleshooting complex, multi-system environments. Knowledge of HPE GreenLake is a plus.
Experience: 8 years of experience, most preferably 2 or more large data center migration experience
- Data consolidation project
- Migration of applications to data centers, including on-premise to cloud migration
- Involved technologies: AWS, Snowflake (in good capacity)
- Location Requirements:
- Local candidates from Troy, Michigan preferred due to multiple migration projects and data center involvement.
- candidates with NO data center experience are not considered for the role.
MUST HAVE - migration projects and data center involvement (No exceptions)
Key Expectations:
- Security for Windows/Linux servers and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
- Compliance with financial regs (e.g., OFAC, GDPR, FinCEN, BSA)
- Encryption and IAM (RSA/AD, Azure AD, PingOne)
- Vulnerability scanning and pen testing (e.g., for IBM MQ, Fiserv DNA)
- Audit setup for apps like Actimize SAM, AML Risk Manager
- Knowledge of eDiscovery tools (Legal Hold, Kroll)
- Secure data migration practices (e.g., SFTP, HTTPS)
