About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Security & Compliance Engineer to lead the migration and consolidation of enterprise data centers in the banking and financial services sector. This role requires strong expertise in security, compliance, and cloud migration strategies across on-prem and cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
Key Responsibilities :
Lead data center migration planning & execution (on-prem to on-prem, on-prem to cloud).
Ensure security compliance across Windows / Linux servers & cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
Maintain financial regulatory compliance (OFAC, GDPR, FinCEN, BSA).
Manage IAM & encryption (RSA / Active Directory, Azure AD, PingOne).
Conduct vulnerability scanning & penetration testing (IBM MQ, Fiserv DNA).
Set up audit processes for banking applications like Actimize SAM, AML Risk Manager.
Work with eDiscovery tools (Legal Hold, Kroll) for regulatory and legal compliance.
Implement secure data migration practices (SFTP, HTTPS) to protect sensitive financial data.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 8 years of experience in security, compliance, and data center migrations.
- Hands-on expertise in cloud security (Azure, AWS) and Windows / Linux environments.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations & compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in IAM solutions (RSA, AD, PingOne) & encryption protocols.
- Experience with audit setup, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.
- Ability to work in a highly regulated, mission-critical financial environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
