IT Project Coordinator/Representative (100% onsite) Location: Minot, ND 58701
Length:9 month contract (potential extension)
Overview:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support our team in managing and tracking project progress.
- The ideal candidate will assist in project planning, performance monitoring, risk identification, and process improvements while also leading smaller task-based projects from initiation to completion.
- This role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to develop clear project documentation to support business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and tracking IT project progress.
- Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and recommend process improvements.
- Develop project documentation, including status updates and process flow diagrams, to enhance transparency and efficiency.
- Support business analysis efforts by creating documentation and finalizing support models.
- Lead and manage smaller, task-based projects under the direction of the company, ensuring timely and successful execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in project coordination, IT project management, or business analysis.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
