Advanced understanding of IVR technology and related telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems.
Experience with management and development of speech recognition systems and grammars?
Experience in implementing third party integration like AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM (Salesforce) etc. Google CCAI
Web service, API and other cross system communication protocols and experience with integration of telephony systems to other computer systems (e.g. SOAP, VXML SQL, XML, REST)
Software development in an object oriented programming language; ability to design, develop and support advanced IVR applications.
