Experience: 10 years overall project management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for an IAM application onboarding and tool enhancement initiative.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, testing, analysis, application owners) across onshore/offshore locations.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues, ensuring timely delivery against objectives outlined in the RFP
- Facilitate clear communication and reporting to stakeholders, including status updates and escalation management
- Possess strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate understanding of IAM concepts (provisioning, certification, reconciliation), ideally with some prior IAM project experience
- Ensure adherence to client processes and program guidelines
