As a Business Analyst (Telecom), you will be responsible for receiving, processing, and presenting data related to weekly Service Requests, particularly for Telecommunication services like WAN, WLAN, MLAN, and Security. You will gather business and technical requirements during client kick-off meetings and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to complete integrated projects. Your role will involve managing multiple projects across various agencies, ensuring effective communication between technical teams, customers, and managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and report business and technical requirements during client meetings.
- Facilitate review sessions to discuss project progress and challenges.
- Work across various network platforms including WAN, WLAN, MLAN, and Video.
- Disseminate relevant project information to technical teams and managers.
- Facilitate client meetings to identify the best IT solution integration for impacted business processes.
- Manage multiple telecommunication-related projects across different agencies.
- Understand and navigate large, complex enterprise network environments.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure effective time management and organization for handling multiple projects.
- Collaborate with different agencies, vendors, and departments for project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree (Required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Project and Excel (Required).
- Minimum 3-5 years working in a telecommunications environment (Required).
- Minimum 3-5 years in a large enterprise setting (Required).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with multiple network platforms and lines of service (Required).
- Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience (Required).
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work across multiple vendors, or departments.
- Experience with Clarity (1-3 years preferred).
- Experience with DevOps (2-3 years preferred).
- Experience with Remedy/Helix (3-5 years required).
