Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers to gather and document business requirements in compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Prepare and submit information and documentation to security, legal, and administrative approvers.
- Meet with stakeholders, including legal, business, and security teams, to ensure timely processing and approval of requests.
- Review, interpret, and provide input on contract agreements and other contractual documents.
- Collaborate with vendors to communicate Commonwealth requirements and cloud use documentation.
- Research existing solutions in the Commonwealth that may meet documented business needs.
- Provide guidance to customers on the business approval process, policies, and procedures.
- Track and manage the backlog of requests.
- Facilitate additional information requests during the approval process.
- Serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert for client and delivery centre staff.
- 2 years of full-time experience managing projects, program management, or process administration.
- 3 years of full-time experience dealing directly with customers.
- 1 years of experience in vendor management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
