Our client is seeking a candidate with strong administrative skills to manage business approval process. The role involves processing requests, ensuring effective communication with customers, and addressing a current backlog. Candidates should be self-starters, detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements from agencies to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit documentation to security, legal, and administrative approvers.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including legal, business, and security teams, for timely approvals.
  • Review and provide input on contracts and business-related documents.
  • Work with vendors to ensure clear communication of requirements.
  • Research existing solutions to meet business needs.
  • Provide guidance on the business approval process.
  • Track and manage the backlog of requests.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and subject matter expert for both agencies and delivery center staff.

Required Experience:

  • 2 years of project, program management, or process administration experience.
  • 3 years of experience working directly with customers.
  • 1 year of vendor management experience.
