Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of data strategies, aligning solutions with organizational objectives and stakeholder needs.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable opportunities.
- Develop, maintain, and scale data pipelines, ETL processes, and Power BI dashboards to support data accessibility and performance.
- Present findings through visually engaging reports and dashboards tailored to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design KPIs, frameworks, and training programs that enable data adoption and operational improvements.
- Oversee data integration from on-premises and cloud platforms, ensuring data integrity and optimization.
- Facilitate workshops and office hours to guide teams in incorporating data into workflows and decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment in priorities and solutions.
- Develop and document data collection, analysis procedures, and governance practices to support data quality and security.
- Drive user research and analysis, using behavioral metrics and survey data to optimize services and improve user journeys.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- 3 years of experience in data collection, analysis, and strategy development, including quantitative reporting and predictive analysis.
- 3 years of experience managing data pipelines, ETL processes, and databases (SQL, Power BI, Azure Data Lake).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Expertise in Power BI or other business intelligence tools, with experience in data visualization and dashboard development.
- Strong understanding of data governance, quality best practices, and statistical analysis methodologies.
- Proven ability to design and deliver data-driven strategies, train non-technical teams, and communicate complex data findings.
- Experience analyzing user behavior, metrics, and trends to drive business goals and operational improvements.
- Ability to document processes, manage multiple workstreams, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills for cross-functional teams and leadership stakeholders.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with behavioral metrics, CRM platforms (Salesforce), or content management systems (Sitecore).
- Knowledge of machine learning, AI, or cognitive service engine models.
- 2 years of experience in user research, feedback analysis, and data governance.
- 1 year of experience in API development, project management, and marketing analytics.
- Domain knowledge in Health, Business, or Education sectors.
