Job Description:
As an IT Trainer, you will independently handle personal health information while providing end-user training and support for the Provide Enterprise system. This role includes creating and posting training materials, delivering on-site and web-based trainings, and offering help-desk support. You will collaborate with teams to identify skill gaps and develop learning strategies, as well as provide ongoing support. This position requires knowledge of adult learning behaviors and basic understanding of the Ryan White Part B HIV/AIDS program.

You will collaborate with teams to identify skill gaps and develop learning strategies, as well as provide ongoing support. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs and skill gaps through consultations with district, regional, and OIM staff
- Collaborate with the Provide training team to develop learning strategies and content
- Lead the creation and curation of training materials
- Deliver training sessions and provide follow-up support to users
- Offer help-desk support for end users
- Coach staff in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Provide expert advice on program workflows and best practices
- Travel to provide on-site training when necessary
- Conduct online training and offer impromptu training office hours
- Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders regarding training progress
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Management Information Systems, Communications, or related field preferred
- High School Diploma or GED accepted with relevant work experience
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Proficient in MS 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Forms, SharePoint, Teams)
- Experience creating training materials such as videos, presentations, and job aids
- 4 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software
- Experience advising internal stakeholders and influencing decisions
- Self-starter with strong collaboration, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to coach and influence stakeholders effectively
