This role involves requirements gathering, tracking, and analysis, ensuring that technological solutions meet user needs. You will participate in software development and systems integration projects, bridging communication between technical and non-technical professionals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the liaison between Business and Technology teams, translating between technical and non-technical team members.
- Work closely with Business Product Owners, Stakeholders, and Lead Business Analysts to gather user stories and translate them into business requirements.
- Understand the business vision and translate it into technology impacts/solutions.
- Work with Technology teams to develop solutions that meet Business needs.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to projects.
- Perform multiple roles as needed during the course of the project.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship skills.
- Possess solid experience with business process modeling and change management.
- Document requirements, functional design, and lead test execution.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to understand business problems to be solved.
- Capture functional software requirements and translate them into user stories.
- Coordinate with the Product Manager and stakeholders to facilitate backlog reviews.
- Participate in Agile software development sprints and sprint planning activities.
- Assist agile teams and processes as necessary.
- Define solution acceptance criteria and assist in software testing.
- Publish software release notes and maintain other product documentation.
- Develop and maintain solution training material.
- Integrate best practices into current working procedures.
- Participate in and provide support to customer success teams.
- Create wireframe designs for functional requirements.
- Conduct process and product training as needed.
- Minimum of 4 years of related business analysis.
- Minimum of 4 years in Use Case Development.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Pega Business Architect.
- Broad experience in software development and delivery.
- Managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
- Participation in an Agile software development environment.
- Experience working with users/stakeholders to understand and capture software solution needs.
- Experience in the configuration and deployment of software solutions at the enterprise level.
- Documentation of requirements, test cases, and training material.
