Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Power BI visualizations and reports tailored to customer requirements.
- Utilize Power Platform tools to deliver low-code/no-code solutions using AGILE methodologies.
- Provide guidance on best practices to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and select appropriate tools for solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments within the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Mentor team members and citizen developers on Power Platform usage and standards.
- Support the administration and secure implementation of Power Platform applications, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Design scalable, high-performance architectures and reusable components.
- Create technical documentation to support development and testing activities.
- Assist in automated testing and provide data to quality assurance teams.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Extensive experience with Power BI, including creating advanced visualizations and reports.
- Strong proficiency in DAX and advanced SQL skills.
- Expertise in database design and modeling to support Power Platform applications.
- Experience with Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Business Process Flows, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Forms, Power Pages, and Power BI.
- Proven ability to create reusable custom components and connectors.
- Familiarity with automated and unit testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of secure design and best practices for Power Platform solutions.
- Effective communication and mentoring skills to support team development.
