As a Project Testing Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of the test efforts for the Accounting Office. You will manage the coordination and scheduling of testing activities, advocate for quality, and address any issues impeding the testing process. This role requires a focus on resource management, risk-based testing approaches, and working closely with workstream leads to support accurate test planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project requirements to understand the testing scope and effort
- Estimate and secure management support for necessary testing resources
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Workstream Leads to assign testing resources
- Ensure development and accuracy of test scripts and ensure sequencing of testing steps
- Manage test data staging and facilitate access to test environments and application security
- Assign testing tasks to team members and ensure clarity on roles and responsibilities
- Maintain testing processes and documentation
- Track testing outcomes and escalate issues impacting project requirements
- Organize status meetings and prepare detailed reports on testing progress
- Communicate with testing resources to coordinate efforts and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Strong organizational skills for managing tasks, schedules, and team coordination
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and explain procedures
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate testing materials and adherence to processes
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges during the testing process
- Familiarity with testing software, data analysis tools, and online platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with one year of IT experience, or an associate degree with three years of IT experience
- Equivalent combinations of education and job-specific experience may be substituted
