As a Senior Confluence Document Management Specialist, you will play a key role in transforming the way Enterprise Architecture (EA) processes are managed and communicated within Client's IT organization. You will leverage your expertise in the Atlassian Confluence platform to manage and optimize a large library of architecture artifacts, ensuring they are easily accessible and efficiently administered across the enterprise. Reporting to the leader of the Enterprise Architecture Practices team, you will work closely with content owners and EA practice experts to enhance the usability of architecture documentation and develop new processes for content management.

You will leverage your expertise in the Atlassian Confluence platform to manage and optimize a large library of architecture artifacts, ensuring they are easily accessible and efficiently administered across the enterprise. Reporting to the leader of the Enterprise Architecture Practices team, you will work closely with content owners and EA practice experts to enhance the usability of architecture documentation and develop new processes for content management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Publish and manage enterprise architecture content using the Atlassian Confluence platform
- Develop lifecycle management practices and tools for maintaining architecture artifacts
- Educate users and content creators on best practices for contributing to and using the EA library
- Monitor and analyze content usage, providing feedback and recommendations for improvements
- Respond to requests for enhancements and provide ongoing support for the architecture community
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and refine processes and user interfaces for document management
- Lead stakeholder meetings, gather requirements, and create related process documentation
- Provide analysis and creative problem-solving to enhance Confluence usage and ensure alignment with EA practice goals
- 5 years of experience using Confluence to manage content and documents
- Advanced understanding of the Atlassian stack and interoperability with platforms like Jira
- Experience with Jira for managing work and tracking progress
- Proven experience as a product manager and developing work plans
- Strong process documentation, communication, and UX design skills
- Ability to see the big picture and align Confluence processes with EA objectives
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate at all levels
- Experience with enterprise architecture or systems architecture is a plus
- Creative problem-solving skills and a strong customer service orientation
