Senior Platform Architect - Hybrid

Job Description:As a Senior Platform Architect, you will develop core technical platforms, capabilities, and services to support business processes, ensuring alignment between IT infrastructure and business needs.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex programming and development processes for new and existing technologies
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to address technical issues and enhance efficiency
• Drive target architecture initiatives that support business strategies
• Ensure platform security by identifying risks, escalating concerns, and implementing mitigation plans
• Establish and improve policies, standards, guidelines, and design patterns
• Oversee technical requirements for strategic security compliance initiatives
• Coordinate implementation deliverables for security compliance objectives
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to support system and platform initiatives
• Manage components of larger network initiatives with a focus on global consistency
• Resolve infrastructure architecture issues and contribute to global technology initiatives

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• 10 years of experience in IT architecture and platform development
• Strong background in security compliance, risk management, and control functions
• Expertise in defining and promoting target architectures across business domains
• Experience working with enterprise infrastructure, development verticals, and cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze complex systems, resolve technical issues, and improve efficiency
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Active participation in business resource groups and global technology initiatives

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $70.00 to $90.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
