Job Details
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field
Hands on experience gained through 6-10 years in a software Test engineer role
Expertise in popular test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, NUnit, Reqnroll)
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional testing, regression testing, performance testing)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced development environment
Good knowledge of database concepts for data-driven testing scenarios
Ability to effectively communicate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
The ability work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, and learn new technologies quickly.
Effective time management skills and strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Required Experience in implementing automated tests using BDD frameworks like Cucumber, Reqnroll, or similar tools to execute test scenarios and validate system behavior
Required Experience in writing code with C# (.NET, .NET Core), Experience with API testing tools and techniques, DevOps practices and tools
Required Experience working with Databases and Messaging platforms like IBM MQ, Kafka
Desired Experience with NoSQL database, Splunk (logging), PCF (Cloud) Desired - Familiarity with Schwab Technology ecosystem.
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40/hr to $60/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location and industry.
