Solutions Architect - Remote

Job Description:
As a Solutions Architect, you will deliver technology-driven services and scalable solutions to complex business challenges. This role involves leveraging innovation, emerging technologies, and thought leadership to meet client needs. You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level solutions, ensuring alignment with client standards and long-term strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, prototype, and implement innovative technical solutions to address complex multi-dimensional problems.
• Perform advisory duties to ensure the effective design, deployment, and support of client application solutions.
• Interpret business, regulatory, and technical requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate and monitor technologies for capacity planning, integration, and availability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring timely and strategic delivery of infrastructure and services.
• Mentor and coach architecture staff, promoting adherence to best practices and consistent delivery.
• Establish enterprise standards, certified reference architectures, and design artifacts.
• Plan and prioritize technology initiatives, aligning them with client strategies and budgets.
• Research and recommend solutions aligned with the enterprise strategy and client needs.
• Maintain expertise in emerging trends, ensuring innovative solutions for process improvement.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level technology solutions.
• Extensive experience in architecture, solution development, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of application security controls and standards.
• Proficiency in managing technical aspects of capacity planning, data modeling, and system integration.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate vendor technologies for alignment with enterprise standards.
• Advanced understanding of data migration techniques and enterprise-level operations.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex technical plans into business-oriented proposals.
• Experience mentoring teams, fostering innovation, and driving technology transformation.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and lead strategic technology decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $60.00 to $90.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
