As an IT Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that align with business, technical, regulatory, and architectural requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders, ensure adherence to architectural standards, and provide technical leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions. This role involves developing institutional knowledge, supporting IT innovation, and driving enterprise-wide architectural consistency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies and platforms with a focus on security, accessibility, and compliance.
- Ensure solutions adhere to architectural standards, best practices, and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop project effort estimates and manage risks, including security-related risks.
- Document and analyze solutions for performance, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and optimization.
- Promote understanding of enterprise architecture and industry best practices across teams.
- Capture and share reusable knowledge assets, including process models and sample deliverables.
- Research and recommend innovative solutions aligned with enterprise strategy and work plans.
- Support digital accessibility evaluations and ensure compliance with accessibility regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess infrastructure and security implications of solutions.
- Act as a technical expert and advisor, providing guidance on trends and emerging technologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and align solutions with goals.
- Facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholder groups and resolve conflicting priorities.
- Create and maintain clear, concise solution architecture documentation.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies :
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $60.00 to $90.00 / hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
