Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 5-7 phone consultations with prospective clients daily.
- Develop a robust client portfolio by writing new business each month.
- Provide tailored insurance solutions and expert advice to clients across 12 states.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to reach collective company objectives.
- Utilize tools such as Excel and Google Suite for client management and organizational tasks.
- A strong passion for health and life insurance and assisting individuals in saving money.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in telephone interactions with clients.
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new software easily.
- A collaborative spirit, contributing positively to team success.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with Healthcare.gov, Medicare Supplements, and Connect for Health Colorado is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is beneficial but not a prerequisite.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional insurance certifications considered a plus.

- Base Salary: $36,000 per year, complemented by a performance-driven commission structure.
- The total income potential includes:
- 1st Year: Expected total income of \(51,000 (Salary \)15,000-$20,000 commission)
- 2nd Year: Expected total income of \(68,000 (Salary \)20,000-$30,000 commission)
- 3rd Year: Expected total income of \(80,000 (Salary \)40,000-$50,000 commission)
- 4th Year: Expected total income of \(90,000 (Salary \)50,000-$60,000 commission)
