Job Overview

Join our reputable insurance brokerage as an Insurance Solutions Advisor, where you will play a pivotal role in guiding families through their health and life insurance options. Your expertise and dedication will empower clients to make informed decisions, all while working remotely in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 5-7 phone consultations with prospective clients daily.
  • Develop a robust client portfolio by writing new business each month.
  • Provide tailored insurance solutions and expert advice to clients across 12 states.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to reach collective company objectives.
  • Utilize tools such as Excel and Google Suite for client management and organizational tasks.

Required Skills

  • A strong passion for health and life insurance and assisting individuals in saving money.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in telephone interactions with clients.
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new software easily.
  • A collaborative spirit, contributing positively to team success.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Healthcare.gov, Medicare Supplements, and Connect for Health Colorado is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is beneficial but not a prerequisite.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional insurance certifications considered a plus.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Base Salary: $36,000 per year, complemented by a performance-driven commission structure.
  • The total income potential includes:
    • 1st Year: Expected total income of \(51,000 (Salary \)15,000-$20,000 commission)
    • 2nd Year: Expected total income of \(68,000 (Salary \)20,000-$30,000 commission)
    • 3rd Year: Expected total income of \(80,000 (Salary \)40,000-$50,000 commission)
    • 4th Year: Expected total income of \(90,000 (Salary \)50,000-$60,000 commission)
  • Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays, including a break from Christmas to New Year.
  • Health Reimbursement Benefits and access to warm leads, allowing you to focus on nurturing client relationships.
