Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily consultations with new clients, averaging 5-7 calls.
- Develop your business portfolio by acquiring new clients each month.
- Offer expert advice and tailor solutions to meet client needs across various states.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common objectives.
- Effectively manage client information using tools such as Excel and Google Suite.
- A strong passion for health and life insurance, coupled with a genuine desire to assist clients in protecting their financial futures.
- Excellent verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with clients via phone.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and environments.
- Team-oriented with a detail-focused approach and exceptional organizational skills.
- Previous experience with Healthcare.gov, Medicare Supplements, or Connect for Health Colorado is a plus.
- Customer service or sales experience is advantageous, but not a requirement.
