Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily phone appointments with new clients, typically ranging from 5 to 7.
• Generate new business every month and manage a developing client portfolio.
• Offer expert advice and tailored solutions to clients across 12 states.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve shared objectives and enhance client satisfaction.
• Utilize various tools, including Excel and Google Workspace, along with client management software.

Compensation And Benefits

• Base Salary: $36,000 annually, supplemented with performance-based commission.
• Expected first-year earnings typically range from \(51,000 to \)56,000, with the potential to exceed $90,000 by year four.
