As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth pre-employment, and onboarding experience for new hires. Your responsibilities will include preparing offer letters, maintaining candidate information, coordinating interviews, and assisting with various pre-employment processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for system reporting, oversight of department workflow, process improvement, and acting as a liaison with internal and external partners.

Your responsibilities will include preparing offer letters, maintaining candidate information, coordinating interviews, and assisting with various pre-employment processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for system reporting, oversight of department workflow, process improvement, and acting as a liaison with internal and external partners.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Oversight and maintenance of reporting for candidate information and deployment dates.
- Tracking candidates through the pre-employment and onboarding process, coordinating with partner teams for start dates and deployment progress.
- Initiating background checks and maintain completion tracking with vendors.
- Creating offer letters within the applicant tracking system.
- Collecting and maintaining necessary documents for incoming employees and ensuring completion of candidate profiles.
- Acting as a liaison to internal partners and customers.
- Coordinating interview scheduling and travel arrangements (as needed).
- Completing requisition audits, including interview notes and candidate dispositioning.
- Posting jobs on external platforms as needed/requested.
- Entering requisitions into Workday for review by specialists/partners/senior partners.
- Conducting rehire checks and employment verification as needed.
- Acting as the main point of contact for reporting and maintaining tracker maintenance.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Prior experience in an HR or Talent Acquisition support role with access to confidential documents
- Demonstrated experience with Excel and HR or Applicant Tracking Systems
- Proven organizational skills and process improvement experience
- Assist in collecting, processing, and analysing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.
Desired Years of Experience
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Prior administrative experience in a federal contracting environment
- Experience supporting employees deploying to international assignments
- Experience with the security clearance process
