Key Responsibilities:
• Work on the development phase of one of the team's largest projects: the Company's annual Enterprise Risk Management training.
• Collaborate closely with the learning project team, including the lead instructional designer and learning consultant.
• Ensure that all training materials are detailed, engaging, and aligned with Client's standards.
• Provide support as needed in learning design, setting learning objectives, writing, and storyboarding.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an instructional designer, particularly in risk management or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly, including our internal Content Management System..
Pay Rate: - The pay rate for this role varies from $60-$65 depending on the skills, industries, commute.
