Job Description :
As a Network Specialist, you will provide IT ServiceDesk support to assist with operations as the client's modernization efforts continue to expand. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email and involves performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant inquiries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide customer support for client applications and troubleshoot technical issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
- Install, configure, or modify software to address system problems
- Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve issues
- Identify and diagnose hardware and software issues in a timely manner
- Reset Active Directory and mainframe passwords and unlock accounts
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for knowledge-sharing
- Maintain detailed records of service requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams as needed
- Adhere to service level agreements and provide excellent customer support
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies :
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00 / hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
