Job Description :
As a Scrum Master in Cybersecurity Portfolio & Product Management, you will help provide platforms, services, and security operations capabilities that support the firm's success while maintaining security and safety. Securing our IT assets, data, and access to applications is at the core of our mission. team. Scrum Master will play an essential role in the execution services team, collaborating with Scrum Masters and Program Managers to drive success across various initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Organize and facilitate effective Scrum meetings, including backlog grooming, Sprint planning, daily Scrum, Sprint reviews, and Sprint retrospectives.
- Encourage teams to regularly inspect and adapt their processes to improve performance.
- Identify and remove team impediments, escalating issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to develop, manage, and continuously groom the product backlog.
- Track and communicate key metrics such as team velocity, Sprint / release progress, impediments, and team successes to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to facilitate cross-team collaboration when needed.
- Assist Product Managers, Product Owners, and Project Managers with planning and grooming activities.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00 / hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
