Position Type: Permanent Placement
Location: On-site in Elizabethtown, TN (with occasional travel to NJ and RI)
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site IT support, including hardware setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance for PCs and MACs.
• Handle physical, hands-on IT tasks such as workstation setup, cable management, and network troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with our IT Services Provider for remote management of system-related fixes and installations.
• Lead IT planning for the site, including assessing and implementing necessary upgrades or changes.
• Facilitate a knowledge transfer process from the outgoing consultant to ensure smooth operations.
• Occasionally travel to NJ and RI locations to provide on-site IT support as needed.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in IT support, with strong expertise in PC environments and basic familiarity with MAC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Experience with IT planning, hardware installations, and network setup.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and remote IT services.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and growing environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to NJ and RI.
