Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Maintaining a high level of product, brand and industry knowledge
- Continuously shaping the Reigning Champ customer experience by providing the highest service standards
- Creating meaningful, engaging and efficient interactions with our customers
- Being aware of daily and weekly sales goals and staying up to date with store and brand news by way of management team
- Ensuring daily tasking is completed while putting the customer experience first
- Providing a sense of urgency and responsibility in any task carried out, from helping a customer to organizing inventory
- Acting with respect and pride towards the store, maintaining aesthetic standards and ensuring the space is kept in top condition
About You:
- Lives the culture of the Reigning Champ brand and carries an intimate knowledge of our products and history
- 2 - 3 years of customer service experience in apparel retail
- Positive and collaborative
- Hardworking and a team player
- Acts with integrity and professionalism
- Excellent communications skills.

- Post-secondary education
