We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction project management principles and a proven track record of success in contract administration, procurement, and financial management. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.
Responsibilities :
- Contract Management :
Review, analyze, and interpret construction contracts to identify key terms, conditions, and obligations.
Manage the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services.
Review and process change order requests.
Prepare and submit monthly AIA project billing invoices.
Obtain and track lien waivers from subcontractors and suppliers.
Provide administrative support to project managers and field staff.
Qualifications :
Salary Range :
The salary range for this position in Atlanta, GA is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
