We are seeking an Atlan Support Specialist to provide expert assistance for Atlan's data governance platform. The role focuses on managing data cataloging, metadata, and ensuring seamless platform operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for Atlan's data governance platform.
• Manage and maintain data cataloging and metadata across systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper data documentation and tagging.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Atlan platform functionalities.
• Ensure adherence to data governance standards and best practices.
• Stay updated on Atlan features and recommend enhancements to improve adoption and usability.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Atlan or similar data governance tools.
• Strong understanding of data cataloging and metadata management principles.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, integration, and governance workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the telecom domain.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
