Job Title: Pega CDH roles (Program Lead / Business Architect / Decisioning Architect)

Location: Las Vegas (100% Onsite)

Type: Long Term Contract

Role 1: Pega CDH Program Lead

• 12 years of experience in IT industry with minimum of 4~5 yrs. of work experience in Pega CDH

• Create and Manage Program roadmap and backlog for 1 or 2 years

• Own end-to-end delivery of CDH program

• Primary liaison for business and IT stakeholders

• Drive program governance and risk management

• Ensure alignment across all workstreams

• Monitor milestones, scope, and business value

Role 2: Pega CDH Business Architect

• 10 years of experience in IT industry with minimum of 3 yrs. of work experience in Pega CDH

• Translate strategy into CDH use cases

• Define NBA taxonomy and engagement policies

• Align business needs with platform design

• Conduct workshops to guide solutioning

• Help business user gain system Hands-on experience

Role 3: Pega CDH Decisioning Architect

• 10 years of experience in IT industry with minimum of 4 yrs. of work experience in Pega CDH

• Design overall solution, NBA strategies and decisioning logic

• Implement arbitration, suppression, and other components

• Lead decisioning design for overall solution and gain alignment with stake holders

• Optimize performance and scalability

• Oversee upgrades and Cloud 3 readiness

• Enable seamless channel/data integration
