Position Summary
Credit One Bank is looking for a Lead Pega Developer to contribute to the activities of the Development staff that perform technical systems analysis, design, development, and maintenance activities to support business systems. Specifically, this position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, which includes working with the company's Pega system and integrations to other software and systems and having an expert understanding of the Pega FS Frameworks and Decisioning Engine applications. The Pega Developer IV is a technology leadership role and is responsible for defining the architecture roadmap and supporting the full life cycle software development process. This position requires the individual to support internally developed as well as externally purchased or developed applications as required by the business.The individual in this role is responsible for the technical implementation of solutions supporting business functionality. They are required to work with multiple teams including, but not limited to, Product teams, different IT teams, QA, Release Management, Infrastructure, etc. They must offer coaching and mentoring of the Pega Program to the other team members and other employees.
Essential Job Functions :
- Architecture and Design of Pega with specialization in Pega CDH
- Expert in PegaRULES engine and Pega CDH Framework
- Expert in Pega Financial Frameworks
- Enterprise Application System Understanding
- Demonstrated strong experience in Pega's Customer Decision Hub and how components such as Proposition Management, Predictive Analytics, and Interaction History are used to create the next best action decision strategies.
- Full life cycle application / Agile development
- Lead technical design, code, and debug applications in Pega and various software languages.
- Lead technology optimization of performance tuning of campaigns and optimize platform DPS usage.
- Support, maintain, and document software functionality.
- Maintain compliance standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
