- Weekly status meetings and update reports with clients
- Weekly production and revenue reports for sales and management
- Tracking progress and workflow
- Forecasting potential reclamation ROI for clients using personal knowledge and customer databases
- Design and process training for offshore on weekly calls
- Direct supervision of team members
- David Williams – Design QC
- Terrence (Quincy) Baker – Research QC
- Assist account manager with technical expertise during virtual and face-to-face client meetings
- Coordinate any necessary fielding requests for aerial removals
- SPOC for any escalations from clients
- Work much less complex than copper reclamation but still requires routine duties from a Division Manager position
- Work with the CA BAU team on tracking and progress of jobs
- Copper Rec team engaged to help with QC as needed
- Tracking progress and workflow

- There is large influx on the front end followed by revisions/corrections on the back end
- Daily reports and ECDs provided to AT&T management
- Interaction with offshore and onshore teams to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery
