Job Details
Title:Snap Tech Analyst
Location- Providence, RI
8-10 years of experience with:
Designing eligibility related software application suite
Problem identification and integration of technical skills to resolve issues.
Ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts to both technical
personnel and non-IT business users- 8-10 years of experience required.
Experience working with SNAP Program as a Technical Business Analyst.
Flexibility/adaptability and ability to develop relationships/ partnerships with
customers by responding to needs by exhibiting a sense of urgency.
Ability to independently identify and develop solutions/test plans procedures and
job aids to support new business processes.
Experience in business process analysis (Use Cases and/or process flows) and
mapping (Gap Analysis) techniques.
SQL or other query experience a must. Ability to generate adhoc reports using
visualization tools. (Tableau Preferred)
At least 6 years experience working with other social service programs ( TANF,
RIW, CCAP, SSP, Child Support, LTSS, Medicaid, other social programs) and
associated business processes of a social services organization.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers
highly desired
Ability to organize, prioritize and follow complex and detailed technical and financial
procedures highly desired.
Excellent oral and written communications required.
Bachelor s degree or higher preferred.
