This position is up to 16 months with the option of extension. The client is located in Richmond, VA.

Extensive experience eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site analysis and use cases. Required 10 Years

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Required 12 Years

Excellent verbal and written communications skills Required 12 Years

Experience in an agile development environment Required 5 Years

Role and Responsibilities:
-Participate in both technical and business analysis requirements gathering.
-Work within Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
-Participate in an agile development environment - write user stories and acceptance criteria.
-Assist business product owners with communicating their requirements clearly in order for the sprint team members to create an application or enhance existing applications.
-Function as a resource between IT developers, sprint team members and the business units; serve as a point of contact for advanced and technical issue logging, tracking, and resolution.
-Other duties as assigned.
