About This Role
This position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients. As Intensive Case Manager Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of intensive case management services to adults at high risk for psychiatric readmission or repeated emergency psychiatric services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
- Collaborate with clients under court order for Assisted Outpatient Treatment and those deemed Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity
- Foster collaborative relationships with clients, family members, agency staff, and community partners
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely submission as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling; Master's preferred
- A minimum of three years of experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders
- Licensure: LMSW, LLP, or LPC licensure from the State of Michigan; active licensure required
- Certifications: Qualified Mental Health Professional, Substance Abuse Treatment Specialist (CAADC)
- Excellent clinical assessment, triage, and crisis intervention skills
